As you may already know, we have been organizing the GLEC competition since 2012 to call participation on youth by selecting the theme of competition as the annual UN agenda and desirable targets for everyone in the world, especially for the young future generations like yourselves. For the past few months, we have gone through a reconstruction of the competition and are back with a newly designed website and platform for you!
The GLEC competition is held annually (once a year) without dividing the students into nationalities to engage more global participants from every different country, from elementary to middle and high school track. This also means that all participants will be evaluated under the exact same criteria regardless of where they are from, which school they are attending, and even whether they have been abroad for the past years. Through the competition, participants are asked to analyze global issues, point out the problems of the status quo, and suggest a possible solution from their perspectives. It is now your turn to show how you would tackle global challenges! (See GLEC 2023 Annual Theme here)
